Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes, we do require a deposit. Deposits are typically 25% of your total rental cost, with a minimum charge of $50, but can vary based on amount of equipment rented. A credit card is required for the deposit.
Most of our reservations can be made on our website in REAL-TIME availability by first choosing your date and time; then choosing desired equipment that is available.
After equipment is in cart, add your event information to calculate delivery and any other fees based on any additional services you may need us to provide.

Yes. We carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from us are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.
You can be added as an additional insured to our policy for corporate/school/church/non-profit or park events for an additional administration fee.

A: The price you see includes set up and tear down, delivery is calculated once you enter the delivery address in the system. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Our pricing is a 4-6 hour rental period. Please chose a start time 1-2 hours before event start time, so we can install before your guests arrive; then tell us the earliest possible time you are wanting us to pick up. We may pick up much later than the time you request unless you choose time specific at checkout.
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or rental of a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. We do charge a fee to setup in parks as they are time sensitive and many times require a dedicated driver. Also we require the ordering person is present at time of set up with valid ID matchig the order information and credit card on file.
We accept all major credit cards and corporate approved checks. We no longer accept cash for orders, but cash tips are welcome shall you feel our delivery team has delivered excellent service.
A: You can change your party rental to a different date, but otherwise, deposits are non-refundable and will not be refunded. We will give you a raincheck that is good for one year. If you have already paid in full, we can refund everything over the deposit less a 5% re-stocking fee to cover transaction fees we incurred. You can choose to take a raincheck for the full amount instead of a refund for the amount over the deposit and receive a raincheck for 100% of everything you have paid.
B. Items that are cancelled at the time of delivery are charged at a full rate. No refunds, rainchecks, or credits will be issued.
A: Check the requirements listed with each unit. Also, make sure you have at least a 36 inch (3ft) access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. **please note that some larger inflatables and attractions can required a larger gate or even double gates. That will be listed on the setup area of the attraction if that is the case.
TENTS: Tent rentals are often set up on Thursdays or Fridays for a weekend rental based upon equipment availability. We do not typically set up High Peak tents on the same day as event without an additional fee; however can set up Canopies same day at no extra charge.
INFLATABLES: If you choose day/time flexible delivery at check out, we may give you extra days at no charge. This is helpful to us to add your delivery or pick up in our route where it makes the most sense for our staff. We will have t you before the time you chose and not pick up before the time your chose, but it may allow drop off the day before and pick up a day or so after.
